Better ID... from our recent fishing trip to Seward, Alaska... a place very far south from where I live in North Pole (a town right outside of Fairbanks).
We collected quite a bit of Salmon on this trip to be used mostly for trail snacks for the sled dogs. We saved a bit of salmon for ourselves but most of what we caught were pinks and are best used for smoking or for dog food. My husband caught one silver salmon (very tasty) that we are saving for ourselves. Prepared a LOT of sushi from one of the chinook salmon I caught and even snuck a bit of meat from my husbands silver salmon head. Oh HEAVEN!! Doesnt get much fresher than that!! We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
